Lauck and Stone Woodcrafting Return Policy

Effective Date: January 1st, 2025

At Lauck and Stone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy as outlined below.

1. 30-Day Return Window:

·        You may return most new, unopened items within 30 calendar days of receipt of merchandise for a refund or exchange.

·        No refunds or exchanges will be issued after 30 days from the date you received your merchandise.

2. Condition of Returned Items:

·        All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

·        Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted for return or may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, or due to the nature of the product, some items may be non-returnable. This may include (but is not limited to):

·        Personalized or customized items

·        Digital products (e.g., downloadable software, e-books)

·        Gift cards

·        Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

·        Perishable goods

Please check the product description carefully before purchasing to see if any specific return restrictions apply.

4. Return Shipping Costs:

·        The returning party (customer) is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of merchandise. This includes the cost of shipping the item back to Lauck and Stone, Inc.

·        We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1.     Contact Us: Within the 30-day return window, please contact our customer service team at contact@lauckandstone.com

2.     Provide Information: In your email or call, please include:

o   Your order number

o   The item(s) you wish to return

o   The reason for the return

3.     Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item(s). Please do not send items back without an RMA number, as it may delay processing or result in the return not being accepted.

4.     Package Your Item(s): Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible, along with all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

5.     Ship Your Return: Send your return to the address provided by our customer service team. Remember that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. Refunds and Exchanges:

·        Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

·        Exchanges: If you are requesting an exchange for an item of equal value, we will process the exchange once your original item is received and inspected. If there is a price difference, we will contact you to arrange for additional payment or a partial refund.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items Received:

·        If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt (within [e.g., 48-72] hours) at contact@lauckandstone.com or 336-487-1149.

·        Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement, refund, or return label at our expense.

8. Order Cancellation Policy:

·        If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@lauckandstone.com or 336-497-1149

·        We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you will need to follow our standard return policy.
